How inquiry details are used and accessed.
Inquiry information
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details and request information you enter, along with the source page and limited campaign parameters. We use this information to review and respond to your request.
Inquiry records are available only through the authenticated administration area to people responsible for handling requests. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Campaign information
The site keeps a small set of campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content) in your browser tab’s session storage. This lets an inquiry retain the campaign that brought you here as you browse. A new campaign link replaces the saved campaign, and closing the tab clears this session storage. Form drafts are not stored there.
Site statistics
When enabled, the site records daily totals of page views, searches and searches with no results. These totals contain the page path and event type, without search terms, visitor identifiers or IP addresses. Statistics are kept for 90 days and shown only in the administration area. The tracker respects your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts measure events, not unique people.
Administrator sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Public inquiry forms and the statistics tracker do not need an administrator account.
